Shipping & College Station Game Day Pickup Policy

Lijadora Boots offers $25 standard shipping within the contiguous United States and free College Station Game Day Pickup for eligible orders.

COLLEGE STATION GAME DAY PICKUP — FREE

Pickup will be offered on select Texas A&M home game days or other announced dates. Available dates, locations, and pickup windows will be provided at checkout or by email.

We encourage customers to try on boots at pickup before leaving so sizing can be addressed before the leather soles are exposed to outdoor wear. Any exchange is subject to inventory availability.

If you miss your pickup window, you may move your order to a future available pickup date or request shipping for the $25 standard shipping charge.

STANDARD SHIPPING — $25

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The estimated carrier delivery window will be shown at checkout when available and tracking will be emailed after shipment. Carrier transit begins after processing and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

At launch, we do not offer international shipping or promise service to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes unless an option is specifically shown at checkout.

DELAYS & ADDRESS CHANGES

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an update and, when required, the option to cancel for a refund.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Email us immediately if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins, and additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect customer-provided address.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, email us promptly at lijadoraboots@gmail.com so we can review the shipment and assist with any available carrier claim.
