These Terms govern use of the Lijadora Boots website and purchases from Lijadora Boots, operated by Lijadora Inc.
1. STORE USE
Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law or the rights of others.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Color, grain, texture, shade, markings, and appearance may vary because of lighting, screens, photography, leather variation, and the natural characteristics of leather.
3. ORDERS, AVAILABILITY & PAYMENT
Products and sizes are subject to availability. An item in a cart is not reserved. We may correct pricing or description errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order we cannot fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax and shipping charges are shown or calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment.
4. SHIPPING, PICKUP, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Shipping & College Station Game Day Pickup Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy apply to all orders and are incorporated into these Terms. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping and contact information.
5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Email change or cancellation requests as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate them but cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Lijadora Boots brand materials, including our name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, and website content, are owned by or licensed to Lijadora Inc., except for third-party materials used with authorization. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, sold, or exploited without permission except as allowed by law.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, and social platforms. Their own terms and policies may apply.
8. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
Except as required by law, products and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated by Lijadora Boots. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lijadora Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Texas law, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
10. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. The version posted at the time of your transaction applies to that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
